 - Drop the support for geometry v4.x.

 - Abolish a developer-level command '\ifdraft'.

 - Now bxwareki package is required for using features on wareki
   (Japanese calendar) provided by the classes.

 - Some options provided for compatibility ('dvipdfmx-if-dvi' etc)
   are now marked as deprecated.
