 - fix bug in combination with usage of acronyms

 - repair pdfcomment feature

 - improve formatting mechanism

 - add `patch' module: patches floats, common content lists,
   and tables in their measuring phase

 - add option `foreign/display'

 - new command for templates: \acroifboolean(TF)

 - add missing code in some of the list templates

 - improve examples code
