Summary description:  Supplement to the Unicode math symbols providing over 4,000 symbols

 Changes mode to be consistent with LaTeX2e patch level 5,
 which is now required.

 Some characters fixed that were not displaying correctly
 in all circumstances.

 The "bold-style=ISO" option is now used for unicode-math.
