 * Fixed backward compatibility with earlier versions of LaTeX

 * Renamed all font mapping files `zh*fonts.tex` to `ctex-zhmap-*.tex`

 * Introduced a new pair of options (`secnumdepth` and `tocdepth`)

 * Fixed other minor bugs
