* jfm-propw.lua: added. (another JFM for proportional typesetting)
* lltjp-cellcoll.sty: added. (patch against cellcoll.sty)
* luatexja-preset.sty: fixed several bugs:
  - Several presets were different from those of ptex-fontmaps.
  - Substitution mechanism for "extra" family/weights
    (mc/l, gt/eb, mg/m) was broken.
* Better support of two-em-dash and three-em-dash in Source Han Serif.
