Summary description: Improve the typesetting of mathematical matrices
with PGF

The height and the depth of the mono-row blocks (created with \Block)
are taken into account for the depth and the height of the current row.

New command \NotEmpty to specify explicitely that a cell must be
considered as non-empty (and so, a PGF/Tikz node is created in the
cell).
