The second edition of TeX-FPC completes the switch from the GNU Pascal 
Compiler to the Free Pascal Compiler. It has all the features that Don 
Knuth suggested, is 300 % faster than the first edition and may serve as a 
Pascal only reference distribution of TeX even more so than the first 
edition, since extra modifications are undone.
