- remove double declaration of \g__acro_rerun_bool in acro2.sty
- change default of `format/replace'
- correct the behavior of the `single' property
- remove property `single-format'
- fix bug in \acro_print_pages:nnn
- allow page option setting in the argument of \printacronyms
  (implements issue #189)
