* Fix a bug that "\ajLig{オングストローム*}" causes an error
  (luatexja-ajmacros.sty).
 * Use the "begindocument/before" hook instead of the
  "env/document/before" hook.
 * Fix a bug which produces "! This can't happen (weird par dir)" error.
 * luatexja-ruby.sty: introduced intrude_{jfmgk,kanjiskip,xkanjiskip}
  keys for better horizontal spacing of ruby annotations.
