 Update to the graphics-def collection supporting the "driver options"
 for color and graphics in LaTeX.

 * Improvements to \pagecolor support

 * Supporting the graphics syntax \includegraphics[a,b][c,d]{file}
   in pdflatex and luatex matching the existing viewport key in the
   graphicx syntax.
