Summary description:  “Aligned” math environments with arrows for comments

----------------------------------------------------------------------
 
 New letters R, L and C in the key 'format'.  These columns add
 empty groups {} in order to have the correct spaces when they
 contain symbols of type `\mathbin` or `mathrel`. This behaviour
 is inspired by the environment {IEEEeqnarray} of the package
 IEEEtrantools (and the class IEEEtran).
