 A minor update, with only two real differences:

 * Adds a couple of extra keys: leftindexreturn, rightindexreturn,
   indexreturn, leftargreturn, rightargreturn, argreturn

 * The stripping algorithm, stripsemantex, will now replace ^{\prime}
   with ' (and do the same with up to five \prime's)
