 Improved ways of invoking biber and bibtex.
 (Note: default command templates are changed.)

 Improved compatibility with chapterbib.sty, provided that the
 configuration in example_rcfiles/chapterbib-latexmkrc is used.

 Corrections to messages, documentation.

 Small bug corrections.
