 This release adds support for LaTeX kernels later than 2021-05-01.
 For older kernels the version 2020-10-10 v0.1b will be used.

 Also support for the unknown-key handlers defined via `ekvdefunknown`
 and `ekvdefunknownNoVal` was added.
