A new version (1.26) is available of the TeXshade macro package for setting nucleotide
and protein sequence alignments as well as sequence and subfamily logos. Here, "structure
meme" functionality is introduced, which is a new method to intuitively visualize logo
information in a 3D protein structure context (manuscript submitted).
