    sw_aux_out=1 => sw_output=Info1
    sw_aux_out=2 => sw_output=Info2
    sw_rep_out=1 => sw_output=Report
    sw_mol_out=1 => sw_output=MOL2k
    sw_mol_out=2 => sw_output=MOL3k

 -delete option parameters
    sw_calc,sw_aux_out,sw_rep_out,sw_mol_out,
    sw_file_open

 -change molecular data base format
    end MCF : "-" => "+"

 -update MCF manual,example
