Summary description:  Improve the typesetting of mathematical matrices with PGF

Announcement text:

 Key 'hvlines' for the command \Block.

 Now, the commands provided by nicematrix to color cells, rows
 and columns don't color the cells which are in the corners
 (specified by the key 'corners').

 It's now possible to specify delimiters for submatrices in
 the preamble of an environment (inspired by the syntax of
 blkarray).

 Some bugs corrected.
