Minor update with bug fixes and improved language support:

* Added support for Spanish.
* Long names resulted in an overflow in the cover letter, fixed.
* Environments inside cvMainContent can now be reused.
* Added email key for references.
* Fixed an alignment issue for starred environments.
* Language ratings are now optional.
* Several internal optimisations.
