 Version 2.0.0 of numerica adds the commands \nmcMacros and \nmcConstants
 to handle user-defined macros and constants. The commands \nmcIterate,
 \nmcSolve and \nmcRecur, and \nmcTabulate, previously available by
 specifying package options have been separated into the stand-alone
 packages numerica-plus and numerica-tables.
