 This new release 4.5.7 of the 'pwebmac' package

 * recognizes the recent 'TeX tuneup' by Don Knuth

 * amends 'index.md' for release in PDF in TeX Live

 * removes most 'FIXes' in 'makeall'

 * fixes a long-standing bug in the macros for pdfTeX
