Summary description:  Compare a string against a set of other strings

 This is a new package that allows the user to compare a string
 against a set of strings and execute an action if it doesn't
 match said set.

 This can be useful to check, for instance, whether a theme
 (a string) a user passed in is actually defined (by checking
 it against all defined themes.)

 The following environments/macros are provided:
 - ifallfalse {string}{action}
 - \orcheck{string}

 Important information and setup details are in the README
 and documentation is in `ifallfalse.pdf`.
