* No more errors with unknown languages in aux files.
* Preliminary support for \AddToHook.
* Tentative extension for provide=.
* Fixes:
  - Locale dependent quotes with CJK (#131).
  - Babel and hyperref prevent changes to the \LaTeX logo (#138).
