Summary description:  Lua library for reading and serialising XML files

 This release provides extended documentation for the XML transformation
 library, which can be used for XML to LaTeX conversion, for example.

 Other changes include:

 - attributes are alphabetically sorted in serialized DOM objects.
   This means that generated XML will not change between invocations
   of the DOM:serialize() function.

 - lots of updates in the `luaxml-transform` library.
