 New features:

 - added `clean` mode to remove all generated files

 - new filter `sectionid` - it adds link destinations
   to sectioning elements, based on the section's title

 - new filter `itemparagraphs` - it removes unnecessary
   paragraphs from list items


 Bug fixes:

 - use `kpse` library for file detection

 - fixed handling of horizontal rules in tables

 - added support for SVG pictures of characters

 - rewrote the `collapsetoc` extension

 - sort colors alphabetically in the `joincolors` filter

 - `staticsite` extension:
   - remove elements produced by `\maketitle`
   - use the current directory as the default output directory
