The package `palette` provides the ability to create color palettes that can be swapped
in and out. It provides similar functionality for symbols as well. This package was
written with designers in mind, who want to create easily customizable packages and
classes for other people to use. By using this package, colors can be used swapped in
with more structural consistency.
