 Changes in version 3.60 are described in:

 * Fix for a critical bug with the latest LaTeX releases:
   class options were messed up.

 * Improved justification=kashida/elongated: lists, vowelized texts.

 * Fix: Underfull \hbox with amsmath (#133).

 * Improved the ini file for Basque (captions).
