 First public release of Michael Wichura's TaBlE macros (version 1.0 August 1988)

 These macros have been available commercially for over 30 years
 but are now released to CTAN with Michael's permission.

 A full manual is available as TaBlE_manual.pdf.

 Note the CTAN package directory is wichura-table, but the tex source is table.tex

 CTAN upload arranged by David Carlisle, with no changes to the TeX Macros.
