- Auto-enable `table-fixed-width` when setting `table-column-width`
  to a positive value
- Expand `table-format` input before splitting

- Incorrect handling of `{}` in literal units (issue #487)
- Placement of sign in some complex numbers (issue #488)
- Printing of units in quantities when `uncertainty-mode` is
  `separate` and an exponent is present (issue #490)
