A new package for adding license data to bibliography entries via 
biblatex' build in related mechanism. This package provides a new
relatedtype 'license' and some bibmacros for typesetting these related 
entries. It is implemented as a separate package in order for 
possibly becoming bibliography-style agnostic one day.
