This release of the 'pwebmac' package incorporates suggestions by Udo Wermuth.

The section headers in 'index.md' distinguish between the authors of these 
parts.  See my 'knuth-pdf' package for the updated form.

The wrapper script 'Xerrorlog.tex' makes the acronyms of "bug hunters" 
listed at the very end of "errorlog.tex" visible "in print".
