Summary description: A front-end to fontspec, for selected fonts with math 
support

fontsetup is updated for two reasons

(i) it now supports the 8pt fonts of NewComputerModern
(ii) it is now split in two packages: the style files and samples relating to nonfree fonts are put in fontsetup-nonfree package which will
be also be submitted for inclusion in https://contrib.texlive.info so that users can easily install it in texlive.
