This package now relies on the ProjLib toolkit 

- Add language support: German, traditional Chinese, Japanese, Russian 
- Add more pre-defined theorem-like environments 
- Add style options: allowbf, classical 
- Enhanced author block, and admit some of the conventions of AMS
  classes 
- Revised documentation 
- minor fixes
