 Style files of the Masaryk University:
 - Add space for margin notes. (74e4627)
 - Include thesis assignment for the Faculty of Economics and Administration.

 - Add `sansbold` and `nosansbold` document class options. (90495667, !31)
 - Add `colorbold` and `nocolorbold` document class options. (!33, !34)
 - Add `neuehaas` and `noneuehaas` document class options. (!32)
 - Make `colorbold` the default for the `digital` document class macrooption. (#31)
 - Make `nocolorbold` the default for the `printed` document class macrooption. (#31)

 Example documents of the Masaryk University:
 - Make `nosansbold` and `nocolorbold` the default for the Faculty of Informatics. (#31)
