- Document UTF-8 input encoding requirement.
- Work-around for `beamer` in the User manual.

### Changed
- Improved consistency of the Dutch language file with `babel` captions (see
  PRs [#12](https://github.com/gusbrs/zref-clever/pull/12) and
  [#13](https://github.com/gusbrs/zref-clever/pull/13)).
