- Thanks to Phelype Oleinik, the code has been greatly optimized and improved
  (see his great answer https://tex.stackexchange.com/a/633347)
- Adopt a new method for case changing, now "\Crefthe" works properly under pdflatex
- Fix the bug that hyperlinks are placed in the wrong position in "overwrite" mode
