Changes since the last version:
- Adopted a more flexible way to patch the cref format
- Changed \l__crefthe_uppercase_bool into global, to resolve the issue that in some cases the casing is wrong
- Added a new bool \g__crefthe_has_prep_bool to record if the preposition is given
- minor fixes and improvements
