 - make \DeclareAcronym a preample-only command

 - disable acro within \maketitle, implements issue #216

 - add possibility to remove error for undefined acronyms, implements issue #224

 - fix typos

 - drop own aux file, fixes issue #229

 - add `addsec*' and `addchap*' as heading options
