 mcf_man_soc.mf => mcf_exa_soc.mp
-change function name
 beginfont => beginfigm
 endfont => endfigm
-delete style file mcf_setup.sty
-update mcf_example.tex
 typeset with LuaLaTeX
-update mcf_data_base.mcf
-update MCF manual,example
