Summary description: A macro to format section numbering intuitively

Improve the behavior of comma in `\setsecnum`. In the previous version, 
the comma breaks the numbering so that the shallower section levels will 
not be shown in titles of deeper levels, making the titles simple. In this 
update, I improve it by letting the reference label display the full 
numbering.
