Summary description:  Improve the typesetting of mathematical matrices with PGF

 New keys 'caption', 'short-caption' and 'label' for the environment '{NiceTabular}`.

 Correction of a bug: it's now possible to use '\OverBrace' and '\UnderBrace'
 when the package 'unicode-math' is loaded (with XeLaTeX and LuaLaTeX).
