Main changes since the last version:

- The Bold or Small Caps shape in titles are now optional, which can be enabled
  via class options "title in boldface" and `title in scshape` respectively
- The dots in the index are now properly aligned
- Remove the use of option `nobottomtitles` to "titlesec", for this may lead to
an ugly page breaking behavior
- Add synonym “use style” to the package/class option "style" to avoid possible
option name conflict
- Various minor fixes and improvements to the font configuration
- Various minor improvements and adjustments, some changes are in preparation
for the upcoming style "stream"
