Summary description:  A front-end to fontspec, for selected fonts with math support

 fontsetup adds support for

  (i) oldstandard (temporarily with Garamond-Math;
      OldStandard-Math is work in progress)

 (ii) xcharter with XCharter-Math.
      Option upint is provided for upright integrals.
