This version updates the module to the new babel syntax and removes some old code. In
result the following issues are resolved: https://github.com/latex3/babel/issues/160
https://github.com/latex3/babel/issues/103

The changes may break some documents, so a compatibility option is provided as:
\usepackage[polish-compat]{babel}
