 Changes since the last version:

 - The documentation has been updated. It is still not complete though:
   many new features have not been documented yet, and some old features
   are obsolete. A fully up-to-date documentation shall have to wait until
   that of the new ProjLib Toolkit is finished.

 - Various bug fixes and improvements.
