Changes since the last version:

- Add a new module "titlepage" for rendering the title page
- Improvements to module "draft", in particular, `\dnf` can now have line breaks
- Add an option "no-report-page" to module "draft" for suppressing the reporting page
- Various bug fixes and minor improvements

The old modules are removed since this version.
