Changes since the last version:

- The required LaTeX kernel version is changed to <2022-06-01>
- Paragraphs in theorem-like environments now has no `\parindent`
- Several improvements to the configuration of lists, especially for the changes
of the enumeration labels, which should be less likely to be confused with the
usual parentheses
- The equation numbers are now gray
- ToC now has its bookmark
- Improved dot fill feature of the Index
- Various minor fixes and improvements to the font configuration
- Various minor bug fixes and improvements
