- Missing stretchable accents and arrows added (see README.md).
- \overbrace and \underbrace redrawn (all sizes).
- Metrics of all stretchable accents corrected.
- Most horizontal arrows and harpoons are now stretchable.
- Many glyphs have been emboldened (suggested by Mikael Sundqvist
and Hans Hagen).
