Summary description:  Expand \input and \include in a LaTeX document

 Main changes since v1.6:
 - Don't consider % as comment within \url{} commands.
 - Fix tests (mostly internal)
 - Provide a warning when users try to run the tool on non-tex files
 - Accept \includegraphics and \lstinputlisting without []-options.
 - New --define option
 - Deal with \endinput
