Annual update with new features and bug fixes. The updates include:

- An updated JATS export function
- A new extension called inlinecss that allows for direct insertion of CSS attributes into HTML files
- Fixes to issues with MathML post-processing
- Fixes to issues with indexing support
- Fixes to issues with the join_characters DOM filter
- Fixes to issues with Latexmk
