Updated to current LaTeX format; additionally: The example additionally demonstrates how
other footnote-number-representations (\Roman, \roman, \Alph, \alph, \fnsymbol) are
possible, especially for more footnotes than letters in the alphabet or symbols in
fnsymbol. Creation of smaller link boxes for footnotes is explained in the documentation.
